Arriving on August 20:

When arriving at the airport it is best to wait inside. The airport is small. If you leave through the customs, then there are no more shops. If you want to buy something small to eat/drink you should do this before leaving the customs.
At 9 we meet up. If you are arriving that day. Just wait inside, Evi and Lelie will come and find you. The people who are already in Bodrum will take a taxi together to the airport.
