To prepare all of you lovely merfolk for boat life we’ll give you a few of the house rules and possibilities of the ship
- Bring slippers to wear on the boat. In order to keep the boat as clean as possible no shoes that are worn outside of the boat are allowed.
- Another rule to keep the huts clean is that the towels provided by the boat can only be used in the rooms. It is best to bring an extra towel to use on the deck.
- Fresh water is limited on the boat. Instead of hopping in the shower after every swim there is a hose to quickly hose yourself and your materials down to be unsalted
- There are 3 full meals and an afternoon snack provided. There will be a lot of fish since we are at sea. A whole fish, not fish sticks 🙂 . If you have food allergies, eat vegetarian etc.The chef can take that into account. Evelyn (travel agent) will contact you in september about your food preferences.
- Water, coffee and tea is included all day long. You can buy soda or alcohol if you like. This needs to be payed in cash at the end of the trip.
- There can be a lot of wind in the evening. It is best to take a sweater with you.
- There are small cabinets to put your things in, in every hut. The suitcases will be stored away during the trip.
- If you want, you can sleep underneath the stars and wake up with the sun.
- There is the option to do sunrise yoga every morning.
- When the generator starts, it makes a lot of noice. It is best to bring some earplugs if you like to sleep a little longer.
- There is Wifi on board.
- Turkey has a tip culture. At the end of the trip it is customary to give a tip to the staff. The suggested tip for the full week is 50 euro. You can choose the exact amount. But you need to bring it in cash.
