Description

In the SSI Basic Mermaid course you’ll learn the basic skills of mermaiding in 4 sessions.
There is one (1) theory session that will be held online, and three (3) in pool sessions.
During these 4 session you’ll learn: 
  • About different tails 
  • How to take proper care of your equipment
  • The correct swimming technique
  • Dive up to 5 meters in depth
  • Equalizing techniques and why we need them
  • Safety while swimming
  • Budy system
  • The first steps into increasing your breath hold
